What is IRaged Olympia, LLC?

IRaged Olympia, LLC is a form of expressive therapy and a recreational form of stress relief. You break our stuff, and we clean up the mess. This is not a replacement for medical treatment. Please seek professional help if you feel like harming yourself or others.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds. All sales are final. We will happily assist you in rescheduling if needed. If you choose not to reschedule, you will forfeit your rage experience.

I called and there was no answer, why?

What items are included in my Break session?

Small items include bottles, dishes, glassware, or similar items.

Medium items include small electronics, a monitor (size 15 inches and below), a small printer, small speakers, or similar items.

Large items include TVs, printers, big speakers, furniture, glass panes, windows, or similar items. TVs will not always be available. 

Can I purchase extra items for my Break session? 

​Yes, extra items are available for purchase, see add-ons when booking an appointment. 

Can I take pictures/record my experience?

Of course, but not for production. If you want to shoot music videos, movies, commercials, etc., we charge a commercial hourly rate. Please email for details. IRaged Olympia, LLC is not responsible for any damaged phones, cameras, or recording devices.

What should I wear? 

Each participant is required to wear sneakers or boots. We highly RECOMMENDED you wear jeans!! You will not be able to participate without sneakers or boots. We do not provide sneakers or boots. 

How old do I have to be to participate at Wreck & Release, LLC?

All participants must be 10 or older to participate. (Participants 8-16) years old must be accompanied by an adult.)

Can I rage while pregnant?

NO!!!! 

How long is each break session?

The time for each session varies. 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

  We value our customer's time and understand that the unexpected happens. We will gladly help you reschedule your appointment to a time that is more convenient if you can't make your scheduled appointment. All sales are final
